DBS Singtel Exclusive Mobile Prepaid Top Up Lucky Draw

  1. The Promotion
    1. DBS Singtel Exclusive Mobile Prepaid Promotion ("Promotion") is jointly organized by DBS Bank Ltd ("DBS"), Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd ("Singtel Mobile") and AXS Pte Ltd ("AXS")
    2. The Promotion is valid from 19 May 2017 to 30 June 2017, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  2. Eligibility
    1. All existing DBS customers who are users of the following channels ("DBS Customers") owned by DBS ("Channels"):
      (a)  Internet banking
      (b)  SMS banking
      (c)  mBanking
      are entitled to participate in the Promotion.
    2. To enjoy the privileges under this Promotion, DBS Customers will need to top up the value of their existing prepaid mobile lines with Singtel using the Channels during the Promotion Period.
    3. Staff of AXS and their spouses (if any) and its group of agencies and auditors directly involved in the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
    4. DBS and/or Singtel Mobile reserve the right to determine the eligibility of each participant under this Promotion
  3. Qualifying Transactions and Draw Chance
    1. Eligible Customer must have to top-up a Singtel Mobile prepaid SIM via the eligible channels as set out below ("Eligible Channels") during the Qualifying Period.
    2. Each Customer shall be entitled to one (1) chance in the Promotion with a $10 top-up. Customer shall be entitled to five (5) chances with top-up of $15 and above ("Qualifying Top-up").
    3. There is no limit to the number of chances the Customer may be eligible for during the Qualifying Period.
    4. Chance(s) are non-transferable and cannot be combined with chance(s) accumulated by any other Customers
  4. Conduct of the Lucky Draws and Lucky Draw Prizes
    1. There will be ten (10) winners and twenty (20) reserve winners for the Promotion. Each winner will win a 4D3N stay for two (2) at Club Med™ Resort- Bintan Island worth up to S$1,600 each ("Lucky Draw Prize").
    2. Lucky Draw Prize includes:
      • Club Room with balcony
      • Full board meal plans for two (2)
      • Ferry Transfers for two (2)
    3. Prizes are valid from 1 August 2017 to 31 December 2017 and non-extendable beyond the expiry date stated on the Prize.
    4. Advance reservation is required and rooms are subjected to availability. Blackout dates may apply and the dates are subjected to change by Club Med Resort.
    5. Club Med Resort's terms and conditions may apply. Please enquire as to the specific resort's policy upon making the reservation.
    6. Each winner may only win one (1) Prize for the Promotion.
    7. Winners will be drawn on 6 July 2016 ("Draw Date"), 10.30am at 53 Mohamed Sultan Road, #B3-K1 Sultan Link, Singapore 238993 (or any other venue determined by AXS).
    8. On the Draw Date, winners and reserve winners will be selected at random by means of a computerized or electronic system. The reserve winners are drawn to replace any winner subsequently disqualified. DBS/Singtel Mobile/AXS' decision as to the winners and reserve winners of the Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
    9. AXS on behalf of DBS and Singtel Mobile will attempt to make at least two (2) phone calls a day for three (3) consecutive working days to the winners, from phone number (+65) 6560 2727, to obtain their full particulars for verification purposes. In the event that AXS is unable to contact a winner within this period, AXS will choose an eventual winner from the reserve winner list.
    10. All the winners will be notified via phone and post within thirty (30) working days from the Draw Date. The results will also be published on the DBS and POSB websites.
    11. Winners shall collect their Prize within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by AXS and shall comply with any instructions specified by AXS. In the event a winner fails to collect a Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by AXS, the Prize may be forfeited at AXS's absolute discretion.
    12. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other prizes. There will be no replacement in the event a Prize is lost or stolen.
    13. Actual Prizes may differ from the image shown anywhere during the Promotion or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against AXS in connection with such variances.
    14. Any unclaimed Prize(s) within the given period will be forfeited without any liability on the part of DBS, Singtel Mobile and AXS.
    15. In the event that the Prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
    16. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a Prize and/or substitute another Customer as the winner in the event that AXS in its absolute discretion believes that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring AXS into disrepute. In the event the Prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the Prize must be returned to AXS at the Customer's cost and expense.
    17. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
    18. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS reserves the right to use the name and picture/photograph of the winner in any advertising and/or promotional materials on AXS's websites without prior notice or otherwise engage the winner in any form of publicity for AXS.
    19. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
    20. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS' decision on all matters pertaining to the Promotion is final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Promotion, these Terms or any decision made by DBS, Sintel Mobile or AXS in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. DBS, Sintel Mobile or AXS reserves its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
    21. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or any of the Prizes.
    22. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.
  5. General
    1. DBS' decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final and binding on all DBS’ Customers. DBS shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Promotion.
    2. DBS assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected, which may affect any DBS Customers' eligibility in the Promotion.
    3. DBS, Singtel Mobile or AXS may vary these terms and conditions, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
    4. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    5. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law and the eligible Customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
  6. Personal Data
    1. By participating in this Promotion, you hereby give your consent to DBS and Singtel Mobile to disclosing your personal data to our partners to facilitate your participation in this Promotion. Such personal data may include without limitation your name, telephone number, email address, personal identification or passport number, as well as your picture, photographs or likeness.
    2. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, you expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise DBS, Singtel Mobile and our partners to collect, use and disclose of mented and/or substituted by DBS from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.dbs.com/privacy. your particulars to third parties involved in this Promotion for the purposes and in the manner described above. DBS Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by DBS from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.dbs.com/privacy.
