DBS iBanking Online Service – To Register Your New iBanking Secure Device

Step 1

  • Select the 'Account Type'.
  • Enter your 8-digit ATM or 16-digit Debit Card or 15/16-digit Credit Card number.
  • If your Debit Card or Credit Card is linked to your Current or Savings Account, please select Debit Card or Credit Card as your 'Account Type'.
  • Enter your 6-digit ATM or Debit or Credit Card PIN. For AMEX Credit Card, enter your 4-digit PIN.
  • Select your 'Identification Type'.
  • Enter your 'Date of Birth' (only applicable to Malaysian IC and Foreign Passport).
  • Enter your NRIC or Malaysian IC or Passport Number, exclude dashes/spaces.
  • Click 'Next' to proceed.

Step 2

  • Register your new iBanking Secure Device by following the step by step instruction on the screen.
  • Click "Submit" to proceed.

Step 3

  • Your new iBanking Secure Device has been registered successfully.
  • Please discard your existing secure device.
  • You can now proceed to login to DBS iBanking using your User ID and PIN with the new Secure Device.
