We understand that everybody wants a more secure online experience, which is why we launched a new Second Factor Authentication (2FA) security device. The security device generates a unique Security Access Code (SAC) during your logon. The SAC is in addition to your existing IDs and PIN, for greater security.

User Guide

With the launch of Corporate 2FA, a new security device will be mailed to individual users in the company in a registration pack. The registration pack will contain the following items:
	Welcome letter containing the existing login credentials; and
	New Security Device
This Registration Pack will be mailed to you on a phase-by-phase basis. Upon receipt of the registration pack, we strongly encourage you to login to IDEAL to perform the self-registration of the new security device immediately. Please view the Online Demo which will assist you in this simple, one time process.
