DBS50 INDEX: CHANGES TO COMPONENT STOCKS

1. The DBS50 Index will be revised to take into consideration the delisting of Ingram Micro (formerly Electronic Resources). From 1 Oct 99, the computation of the DBS50 Index will incorporate JIT Holdings Ltd in place of Ingram Micro.
2. An updated list of the 50 component stocks covered by the revised DBS50 Index is provided below.
