Update Address

Update your address from the comfort of your home.

Simply login to iBanking and follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Click on "Update My Profile" and select "Update Address"

Step 2: Input your new address, select accounts to be updated for mailing address and address change effective date.

Step 3: Click "Submit"

Note:
- For Credit Cards, updates will take 1 working day.
- For Margin Trading Account(s), updates will take 4 working days.
- All updates after 8pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) and updates on a non-working day
   will be taken as the following working day’s transaction.
         - For Credit Cards updates during the above stated time, it will take 2 working days.
         - For MTA accounts updates during the above stated time, it will take 5 working days.
- If we require clarification on the updates, we will contact you within 2 working days from the effective    date.
