Terms & Conditions of TravellerShield Insurance Policy Promotion ("the Promotion")

1. The Promotion is jointly organised by DBS Bank Ltd ("DBS") and MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd ("MSIG") ("the Organisers"). TravellerShield is underwritten by MSIG and distributed by DBS.
2. Your TravellerShield application and insurance premium payment must reach and be accepted by MSIG between 01 May 2013 and 30 June 12013 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
3. Each TravellerShield insurance application is subject to MSIG’s policy terms and conditions and MSIG’s acceptance.
4. Each application accepted during the Promotional Period entitles you to receive a TravellerShield Promotion gift:–
   1. In respect of Single Trip Individual Plan: An adidas sling organiser worth S$39 ("Gift") per Insured Person, provided the minimum nett premium is S$50 per Insured Person after the 25% premium discount.
   2. In respect of Single Trip Family Plan: One (1) adidas sling organiser worth S$39 ("Gift") per policy regardless of the number of Insured Person(s) provided the minimum nett premium is S$50 per policy after the 25% premium discount
   3. In respect of Annual Plan: An adidas adizero backpack worth S$89 ("Gift").
5. For Single Trip policyholders, you agree that you accept the Gift subject to any terms and conditions that either of the Organisers may impose, without prejudice to any other terms and conditions governing the Promotion. The Gift will be sent by ordinary post by MSIG, together with the Policy document. The Organisers are not obliged to replace any Gifts not received.
6. For Annual Plan policyholders, you agree that you accept the Gift subject to any terms and conditions that either of the Organisers may impose, without prejudice to any other terms and conditions governing the Promotion. A redemption voucher will be sent together with the Policy document. You understand and acknowledge that the relevant Gift must be redeemed directly from MSIG before the expiry date stated on the voucher. The Organisers are not obliged to replace any redemption vouchers that were not received, have expired or which have been misplaced.
7. If you cancel your TravellerShield Policy, MSIG reserves the right to deduct an amount proportionate to the value of the Gift from the amount of premium refunded to you.
8. The Gift cannot be transferred and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole.
9. The Organisers may at their sole discretion at any time and without prior notice substitute or replace the Gift with any other gift of equal or higher value. The Organisers make no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Gift. Any dispute about the quality, safety or performance of the Gift must be resolved directly with the Vendor. The Organisers are not liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever arising in connection with the Gift. The recipient and/or other person(s) who benefit from the Gift accept and enjoy the Gift at their own risk.
10. The Organisers may vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion without prior notice or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability. The Organisers’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at their absolute discretion and will be final and binding. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
11. A person who does not participate in the Promotion shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
12. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
