Benefits Coverage
1. Accidental Death S$25,000
2. Total and Permanent Disablement
  Lump sum benefit subject to the scale of permanent loss or disablement as specified in the Policy.

3. Long Term Care Enhanced!
  Lump sum benefit following the inability of the Insured Person to perform at least 3 of the Activities of Daily Living (Washing and Bathing; Dressing; Feeding; Toileting/Continence; Mobility; Transferring), subject to 90-day Deferment Period.

4. Fractures, Dislocations and Burns Enhanced!
  Lump sum benefit subject to scale of fractures, dislocations and burns as specified in the Policy.

5. Daily Hospitalisation Benefits
  Daily benefit for each day an Insured Person is Hospitalised as a direct result of any Injury certified by a Physician.
S$100 per day subject to maximum 180 days per Injury
6. Get Well Cash Enhanced!
  Lump sum benefit on the discharge of an Insured Person from Hospital following Hospitalisation for more than 7 consecutive days as a direct result of any Injury. This benefit is claimable only once for each Injury.

7. Medical Expenses Enhanced!
  Reimbursement for medical, surgical, hospital, nursing home and nursing fees or charges necessarily incurred as a result of Injury (including treatment by registered Chinese Physician in Singapore, subject to S$30 per visit up to S$500).

8. Medical Expenses Double Indemnity for Overseas Travel Enhanced!
  Reimbursement for medical, surgical, hospital, nursing home and nursing fees or charges necessarily incurred as a result of Injury occurring whilst the Insured Person is travelling outside of Singapore.

9. Mobility Aids
  Reimbursement for the purchase or rental cost of mobility aids such as crutches, wheel chairs, bed pans, commodes and the like for an Insured Person necessarily and reasonably incurred and prescribed by a Physician.
Up to S$500 per Injury
10. Transport Allowance
  Reimbursement for ambulance or public transport fees reasonably incurred to transport the Insured Person for follow-up medical treatment by a Physician in Singapore.
Up to S$50 per month, subject to maximum S$500 per Injury
11. Special Daily Hospitalisation Benefits Enhanced!
  Daily benefit for each day an Insured Person is Hospitalised as a direct result of the following illness certified by a Physician:
  • Influenza A (H1N1)
  • Dengue Fever
  • Avian Influenza (Bird Flu)
  • Food Poisoning
S$120 per day, subject to maximum 90 days per occurrence

The benefits listed (1) to (6) and (11) are payable over and above any other insurance coverage that you may already have. Benefits (7) to (10) are payable only if you do not recover the expense from any other source.
