My team and I are happy to announce that we have successfully transferred over all ANZ Singapore’s Retail and Wealth business. We thought that after this move, you may be keen to know more about DBS, which is why we have created this site to fill you in and answer some of these questions. Please read on to find out about us, our capabilities, and what new benefits you can expect in your relationship with us.

A few key milestones in the coming months

Once all approvals are obtained and the transfer date is confirmed

ANZ will send you a Transfer Confirmation Letter.

Shortly after receiving the Transfer Confirmation Letter

DBS will send you the relevant DBS/POSB credit and debit cards, Cashline cheque books, PIN mailers and ATM cards.

Welcome to DBS!

You can access your DBS/POSB accounts from 8.30am on 7 August 2017.

New DBS digibank customers will receive a security token within two weeks (security token was sent by post on 10 August 2017).

You will receive a welcome letter or an electronic mailer from DBS.

For ANZ Signature Priority Banking customers and ANZ Private Bank customers, many of you can also look forward to having the same Relationship Manager service your account at DBS.

ANZ final statements will be mailed from 11 August 2017.

We have bought ANZ’s Retail and Wealth businesses in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Indonesia.

As a DBS customer, you will have access to a wide range of banking products that are supported by Asian insights, research and investment advice. Please read on to find out more about the change from ANZ to DBS.

Many of you can look forward to having the same Relationship Manager service your account at DBS. We will send you more details after the transfer date.

If you have an ANZ credit card, you will receive a new DBS/POSB credit card that closely matches your card by the transfer date. Your ANZ Rewards Points/Travel$/Optimum$ will be converted to DBS Points/Daily$, and your earn rates will change to that of the respective DBS/POSB credit card. If you already hold the DBS/POSB credit card that matches with your existing ANZ card, then you won't receive a new card.

If you have an ANZ debit card, you will receive a new DBS Visa Debit Card for easier access to your new DBS Multi-Currency Account. You may continue to use your ANZ credit or debit card before the transfer date.

If you have an ANZ MoneyLine Visa debit card, you will receive a new DBS Cashline ATM card, unless you already own a DBS Cashline ATM card.

Your ANZ Rewards Points/Travel$/Optimum$ will be transferred to an existing or new DBS/POSB card. Find out more.

We will provide you with a DBS deposit account that most closely matches your ANZ deposit account.

If you already have DBS digibank access, simply log in to dbs.com.sg or your digibank app to view your new account. But if you do not have digibank access, we will send you a security token*, which will provide you with easy access after the transfer date.

After the transfer, ANZ Digital Banking will cease and you will no longer be able to log in. You can view your new DBS accounts via DBS digibank.

We will transfer your loans to the DBS loans that most closely matches your account..

Your investments will be transferred to DBS by the transfer date. After the transfer, you will have access to our full suite of investment products and services after the transfer is completed. Find out more.

After the transfer date, ANZ Signature Priority Banking customers will be welcomed at DBS Treasures, and ANZ Private Bank customers will be welcomed at DBS Treasures Private Client or DBS Private Bank.

If you are an existing DBS/POSB customer, information on your new DBS/POSB accounts, in replacement of your ANZ accounts, will reach you via your existing records with DBS/POSB. Please update it through DBS/POSB digibank or visit any DBS/POSB branch before the transfer date if required.

If you are not an existing DBS/POSB customer, please update your records with ANZ 5 business days before the transfer date. Information on your new DBS/POSB accounts will be sent to the address and contact details maintained with ANZ before the transfer date.
