Cancel via Travel Market Place

6 steps to cancel your hotel booking
Click on the numbers to view screens.

Log in to DBS Travel & Leisure Marketplace with your digibank User ID and PIN.
Under Welcome!, click on My Purchase History to retrieve all your bookings.
Browse Your Upcoming Trips, and click Cancel under the booking image to cancel the particular booking.
At the Cancel My Booking pop-up, select Cancel my booking.
Wait for the system to cancel the booking.
The booking is successfully cancelled.

Wait for the system to cancel the booking.
The booking is successfully cancelled.
