What is eStatement?
eStatement is an electronic version of your account(s) statements which is accessible via DBS/POSB Internet Banking.
Use of the eStatement facility is subject to the DBS Terms and Conditions governing Electronic Statements, which may be found here.

What are the benefits of eStatement?

- Who is eligible for the eStatement service?
This service is only for customers with the following types of accounts:
DBS Autosave, DBS Current, POSB Current, DBS Savings Plus, MySavings, POSB Savings, and the Treasures consolidated statement, DBS/POSB Credit Card(s), Debit Card, Corporate Card(s) and Cashline.

How do I enrol for the eStatement service? If you wish to enrol for the eStatement service, simply follow these steps when you log on to iBanking:-
- Select "eStatements"
- Select "Enrol for eStatements"
- Select the account(s) you wish to enrol and
- Verify your email address.
We will send you email notification upon your successful enrolment via the email address that you have indicated. In addition, you will also receive an email notification whenever your eStatements are ready for viewing.
- Do I need to pay for this new eStatement service?
This service is offered to you free of charge.

When will I start to receive my eStatements? Only upon successful enrolment, you will be able to view your eStatement via iBanking from the next statement cycle onwards. Every month, you will receive an email notifying you that the eStatement is available for viewing.
- Is there an option for me to apply for both paper-based statements and/or eStatements?
No. Once you have enrolled for the eStatements, you will no longer receive the paper-based statements on the next statement cycle.
- Will I be able to view on my past statements online prior to the enrolment?
No. You will only be able to view your electronic statements online on the next statement cycle after you have successfully enrolled for the service.
- How long can I keep and view my eStatements online?
For monthly statements of accounts, the eStatements are archived up to the past 36 months beginning from the date of subscription. For quarterly statements of accounts, the eStatements are archived up to the past 5 quarters beginning from the date of subscription.
- Can I save a copy of my eStatement?
Yes. You can download and save the monthly/quarterly eStatement for your own reference and archival.
- Can I cancel the eStatements service and opt for paper- based statement in future?
Yes. You can cancel the eStatement service anytime via iBanking. The cancellation of the eStatement service will take effect on the next statement cycle and you will automatically revert back to receiving paper-based statements of the selected accounts. Your paper statements will be mailed to your address as per our records.
- After I have cancelled the eStatement service, will I be able to view the historical eStatements that are previously posted online?
Yes. The eStatements generated previously will still be available for your viewing. |
