  2. Subject to applicable deductibles, coinsurance and policy year limit.
  3. Subject to acceptance of application, child is covered for free under Plan 2, if both parents are insured under Plan 1 or Plan 2.
  4. Annual premiums will be paid through your CPF Medisave Account, up to a limit of S$800 per year (for insured persons below 81 years old at age next birthday) and S$1,150 per year (for insured persons 81 years old and above at age next birthday). The balance is payable by cash.
  5. Based on Plan 3, age 0-30 next birthday.
