Terms & Conditions Governing POSB-Credit Bureau Promotion Lucky Draw “Draw”:

1. The POSB-Credit Bureau Promotion Lucky Draw (“Draw”) is conducted by DBS Bank Ltd (“DBS”) and open to all POSB customers (“Customers”)
2. The following persons are not entitled to participate and are disqualified from the Draw:
   • Employees of DBS and its subsidiaries, advertising agencies and any other parties who are directly involved in organizing, promotion or conducting the Draw as determined by DBS.

1. The promotion period for the Draw ("Promotion Period") shall be from 1 May 2010 to 31 October 2010, both dates inclusive, or such other dates as the Bank may in its absolute discretion determine from time to time.

1. Each retrieval of credit report by the Customer will be entitled to 1 chance in the Draw that is held for that month during which the credit report was retrieved.
2. Each Customer is entitled to win one prize only notwithstanding that there are remaining draws not held yet for the subsequent months.
3. Winners will be notified by ordinary post within 30 working days from the Draw date, at their account mailing address in the Bank’s records.
4. Prizes are to be redeemed at the nearest POSB Branch to the Customer’s residence.
5. The Bank reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace any winner who is subsequently disqualified for any reason whatsoever.

1. Participation in the Draw is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to the Draw.
2. The Bank shall be entitled to use the name, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of any or all winners for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any or all winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank deems fit. In addition, participation in this Draw is deemed express consent to disclosure of the participant's personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Draw for purposes of the Draw.
3. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to or in connection with this Draw shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
4. The Bank may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the conduct of the Draw and the number of winners and prizes) and may also suspend or terminate the Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any Customer.
5. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the Customers irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. A person who is not party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
7. Prizes are not replaceable, transferable nor exchangeable. The Bank reserves the right to substitute or replace any Prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
