1. What is POSBprint?

   POSBPrint is an automated machine which you use to update your passbook.

2. What type of passbook does POSBPrint update?
   It updates the following passbooks (with magnetic stripes):
   • POSB Savings passbook
   • SAYE account passbook
   • My First Account passbook
   • POSBKids passbook
3. When can I access POSBprint?

   You can access POSBPrint anytime between 7 am to 11 pm daily.(Subject to Bank's maintenance schedule)

4. How do I update my passbook?

   To update your passbook, simply turn to the last printed page and insert passbook into the passbook slot.

5. Why am I unable to update my passbook?

   There could be numerous reasons which may (or may not) be related to the machine.

   If you are not able to update your passbook, please visit any DBS/POSB Branch for help or have your passbook replaced.
