- How can I check if I have received the incoming funds?
You may check on your incoming funds via balance enquiry on iBanking, ATM, Phone Banking or branches. Alternatively, you may call our hotline at 1800 111 1111.
- When will payment be effected to my account?
Subject to receipt of payment instruction before 5pm and confirmation of receipt of funds, payment will be effected to your account as follows:
- on the same business day if ITT currency is USD, GBP and EUR
- within two business days if ITT currency is THB, IDR and ZAR
- by next business day for all other currencies
- What rate do you use to convert my incoming funds?
We use the prevailing buying TT exchange rate.
- How will I be notified of the incoming funds?
You will receive a transaction advice at the mailing address of the crediting account after the funds have been credited. |
