To access Phone Banking. You will need either a Phone Banking UID and PIN or a Principle Credit Card number and PIN.
For Singapore NRIC Holders, your Phone Banking UID starts with '7', followed by your NRIC number.
From 1 Jan 2010, customers making account enquiries or transactions via the 24 hour Customer Service Hotline will need to enter a Phone Banking PIN.
To apply for your Phone Banking PIN, please visit any DBS/ POSB Branch or mail the completed DBS Self-Service Banking Services application form to us today!
