Phone Banking

DBS Corporate Phone Banking is now available at 1800 222 2200.

Banking on the phone will now be easier and faster with these user-friendly features:

  • Introduction of 8-digit User Identification Number (User ID)
    By entering your 8-digit User ID and existing 7-digit PIN, you can now gain access to your accounts tagged for Phone Banking use without having to remember your account numbers.

    In addition, you only need to enter your User ID and PIN once at the point of access to perform all your desired transactions. This means that you no longer need to enter their account numbers and PIN for every transaction.

  • Option to key in account number or have account number read out
    With Phone Banking, you can now choose to either enter your account numbers or have them read out for selection. If you only have a single account for the chosen account type, the account will automatically be chosen for you. There is no need for you to enter your account number.
  • Option to speak with Customer Service Officer
    At selected locations, you are given the option to speak with the Customer Service Officer should you experience any difficulty when performing your transactions.
  • Hot Keys
    Short-cut keys are provided for more convenient and faster Phone Banking:

0 0 For list of transaction codes
* 1 To repeat prompt at selected points (eg. To repeat balance amount)
* # To go to Main Menu
* 9 To terminate call (Alternatively, just hang up the phone)

Language Options
Corporate Phone Banking is available in English and Mandarin.
