1. How do I apply for DBS/POSB iBanking?
You can easily apply for DBS/POSB iBanking online by clicking here. Alternatively you can apply at any DBS/POSB ATM, at a DBS/POSB branch, or using a mail-in brochure.
2. How do I qualify to participate in this weekly lucky draw?
All new iBanking customers who sign up successfully for DBS/POSB iBanking between 01 July to 30 September 2010, and who have successfully done their first log-in between 01 July to 30 September 2010, are eligible to take part in this lucky draw. You will qualify for one round of the Draw only, depending on your date of successful log-in. A Customer who qualifies for the Draw in the first month of the Promotion Period will be entered for the first round of the Draw, a Customer who qualifies for the Draw in the second month of the Promotion Period will be entered for the second round of the Draw, and a Customer who qualifies in the last month of the Promotion Period will be entered into the final round.
3. What are the details of the lucky draw?

4. Is there a need to sign up a mobile plan in order to be eligible for the prize?
No. There is no need for customers to sign up for a mobile plan. The prize comes with no plan attached.
5. Can I exchange the prize for cash?
No. We regret to inform you that prizes are not replaceable, transferable nor exchangeable.

1. How do I qualify to participate in this lucky draw?

All existing DBS/POSB iBanking customers are eligible for this lucky draw. Existing DBS/POSB iBanking customers will be given 1 lucky draw chance for each bill payment or fund transfer made between 01 July till 30 September 2010.

One chance in the Draw shall be allocated for every Transaction to each Customer, subject to a maximum of 50 chances a day.

2. What are the details of the lucky draw?

General Terms and Conditions for both Draws
1	Participation in the Draw is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to the Draw.
2	The following shall not be entitled to participate in the Draw: (a) Estates of deceased Customers
3	Notwithstanding anything herein, the Bank has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a Customer to participate in the Draw or receive a prize.
4	The Bank shall be entitled to use the name, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of any or all winners for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any or all winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as the Bank deems fit. In addition, participation in this Draw is deemed express consent to disclosure of the participant's personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Draw for purposes of the Draw.
5	The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to or in connection with this Draw shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
6	The Bank shall not be liable in any way to any Customer or any other person for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with this Draw, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non notification, any error in computing chances, any technical, hardware or software breakdown, malfunction or defects, failed delayed or incorrect transactions, lost or unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected.
7	The Bank may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including the conduct of the Draw and the number of winners and prizes) and may also suspend or terminate the Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any Customer.
8	In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
9	The Bank's Terms and Conditions governing Accounts, Terms and Conditions governing Electronic Services and terms and conditions governing all account-related services apply. iBanking facilities are granted at the absolute discretion of the Bank and the Bank reserves the right to decline applications without giving any reason whatsoever.
10	These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the Customers irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. A person who is not party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
11	The HTC HD mini phone must be collected in person or by an authorized representative. Representative must present the duly completed authorization letter from addressee and both the addressee's and representative's NRIC or passport at point of collection. If not claimed by the indicated redemption end date stated in the redemption letter, the prize will be forfeited.
12	Prizes are not replaceable, transferable nor exchangeable. The Bank reserves the right to substitute or replace any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice. The Bank makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise whatsoever. The Bank is not an agent of the supplier of the prizes nor vice versa. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the supplier.
