Optional supplementary benefits to enhance your protection

• Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefit (ADD):
  Provides a lump sum benefit upon accidental death and a percentage of the ADD benefit upon dismemberment.
• Critical Illness Additional Benefit:
  Provides a lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of any one of 30 critical illnesses covered.
• Critical Illness Accelerated Benefit:
  Accelerates the lump sum benefit of your basic plan upon diagnosis of any one of 30 critical illnesses covered (applicable to Level Assurance only).
• Female Illness Benefit:
  Provides a lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of any one of 6 common female cancers (at both non-invasive and invasive stages) or any one of 4 major female illnesses covered. It also reimburses a biennial check-up plus expenses for reconstructive surgeries for breasts due to cancer, disfigurements due to accidents and skin transplants due to burns.
• Male Illness Benefit:
  Provides a lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of any one of 6 common male cancers. In addition, it reimburses a biennial checkup plus expenses for surgeries due to burns, accidents or removal of kidney stones via open surgery. It also pays 2 times the Male Illness sum assured upon death and total & permanent disability due to accidents.
• Critical Illness Premium Waiver Benefit:
  Waiver of future premiums of basic plan and applicable supplementary benefits upon diagnosis of any one of 30 critical illnesses covered.
• Family Income Benefit:
  Provides regular income in the event of death, total & permanent disability, terminal illness and critical illness.
