How does EZ-Pay Corporate works?
ERP fees of all registered vehicles under the company's EZ-Pay Corporate account will be consolidated into a weekly/monthly report by EZ-Link.

What happens if I have my stored value card is inside the IU when I pass through an ERP gantry even though I signed up for EZ-Pay?
If your stored value card is in the IU when passing through a gantry, the ERP charges will be deducted from the stored value card. If the stored value card has insufficient value for an ERP charge, the full ERP amount will then be deducted from the EZ-Pay that you have registered, likewise for no stored value card in the IU.
What are the various charges to use EZ-Pay Corporate?
There is no monthly subscription or convenience fee to use EZ-Pay Corporate.
How many vehicles can I register for this service?
One DBS Commercial Credit Card can link multiple vehicles depending on the credit limit upon the credit assessment. Registration process is up to 1000 vehicles per day.
DBS renews my bank card number / I have changed my bank card number. Who should I inform on the changes?
A new application will be required. To re-apply, you may contact the respective Relationship Manager from DBS who is servicing your company. The application processing will take approximately 14 working days.
What happens if I change my vehicle license plate number or IU number?
Please inform EZL business representative firstname.lastname@example.org to update your vehicle information. However, a change in both vehicle and IU number, a termination of the vehicle is required.
Note: Your EZPAY service will not be affected.
Who should I contact if there is any issue on deducting the ERP payments?

Will there be any additional charges payable to the credit card company to use the service?
There is no fee for using the service
What happen if I have exceeded my corporate credit limit?
Please inform your issuing bank for a credit limit increase in order for EZ-Link to post transactions successfully. In the event that it is not done in time, EZ-Link shall contact you to recover the outstanding amounts. Payment arrangement can be done in either cheque or account transfer. Service will not be disrupted.
How do I terminate one or some of my vehicles?
For termination of some vehicles, please contact EZL representatives and allow estimated 5 working days for termination to be effective.
How do I terminate my account?
For termination of your EZ-PAY service, please contact EZL representatives and allow estimated 5 working days of notice for termination to be effective.
When will the ERP charges be reflected in the Card statement?
Depending on the customer’s card type and card cycle. For example, if EZ-Link posts the ERP charges to DBS on 23rd Jan and customer’s card cycle is on 22nd Jan, customers will only receive the Jan ERP charges on 22 Feb.
How long does it take to set up the account for EZ-Pay before I can start using the service?
The entire application will take 4 to 5 weeks.
