Manage eStatement and eAdvice

This service allows you to manage your electronic statement preferences for statements and transaction advices. You can also view your current electronic preference settings, as well as your notification preferences.

Upon opt-in for electronic statement and advices, you will enjoy a convenient and paperless banking experience. You will also receive the electronic version of the selected statements and advices from the next statement cycle onwards. You will be able to view, download and print your eStatement and/or eAdvice online at any time. Paper-based statements and advices will no longer be sent to your registered address.

Upon opt-out for electronic statement and advices, paper-based statements and advices will be available from the next statement cycle onwards and/or transaction advices will be mailed to your registered address as per our records.

View eStatement and eAdvice

This service allows you to view, download or print your eStatements and/or eAdvices of the accounts enrolled.

eStatement
  • eStatements are only available for monthly and quarterly statements. Ad-hoc, daily and weekly statements of the enrolled account(s) will remain paper-based.
  • For monthly statements of accounts, you can view eStatement up to the past 7 years. For quarterly statements of accounts, you can view eStatement up to the past 5 quarters.
  • For POSB Savings and POSB MySavings accounts - no eStatements will be generated if there are no transactions for the month with the exception of the year-end (Dec) eStatement.
  • For closed accounts, the past months' eStatements prior to the account closure will still be available for viewing.
  • For Debit Card eStatement, only customers with Debit Card(s) linked to POSB Passbook Savings Account as the primary account are eligible to enrol. Customers with Debit Card(s) linked to any other POSB or DBS Savings or Current Accounts as single or joint-alternate account, are not eligible to enrol.

eAdvice
  • You can view, download and print the eAdvice for your accounts, up to the 12 preceding months.
  • You can opt in to email notifications when the eAdvice is available for viewing.

Request for Printed Past Account Statement

This service allows you to request for a printed copy of past account statement to be sent to you. You can request for your past account statements (within the past 7 years). Charges will apply for the retrieval of documents/statements.

Features
  • If you require copies of the past account statements (within the past 7 years) for your personal or joint-alternate account(s), you can submit your request(s) through Internet Banking. If you require details of transactions performed for the past 6 months, you may view the details through Transaction History on our online banking channels.
  • A copy of the statement(s) will be sent to the mailing address of the debiting account.
  • Your request will be processed within 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • For documents and statements request, the applicable charges are:
    • Within 1 year - S$20 per copy/month
    • Between 1 to 3 years - S$30 per copy/month
    • More than 3 years - S$50 per copy/month
