CDP Account for Linkage
I am the holder of the abovementioned CDP Securities Account, and I hereby request and authorise CDP to link the DBS Vickers Trading Account to this CDP Securities Account in order to facilitate the settlement of securities for sales and purchases done in the Trading Account.

In consideration of CDP agreeing to effect the linkage between my Securities Account and my Trading Account ("Linkage"), I hereby agree to comply with, and be bound by the CDP Terms and Conditions for the Operation of Securities Accounts ("Securities Accounts Conditions"), in particular, Clause 3 thereof.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the Securities Accounts Conditions at the time of making this Application.

DBS Vickers Terms and Conditions
I agree to all applicable terms relating to the opening of my trading account with DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd, including DBS Vickers' General Trading Agreement and DBS Vickers Securities Privacy Policy.

Upon successful application of my DBS Vickers Account, I understand and acknowledge that I will receive monthly eStatements and notifications on the availability of my eStatement via my email address currently in DBS Vickers records. I am aware that I shall not be receiving hardcopies of my monthly eStatements. I agree to all applicable terms in the E-statement Service Agreement.

DBS Bank Ltd Terms and Conditions
I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts, Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Services, Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Statements, DBS Privacy Policy, the Deposit Insurance Scheme notice and the Fees and Charges.

I am the beneficial owner of the funds in the account and shall only use the account and the Bank's products and services for legal purposes.

Use of your Multi Currency Account for Settling your Trades
I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions Governing the Use of Multi Currency Account for Settling Trades.
