If you have forgotten your iBanking User ID and/or PIN, here are 3 easy ways to obtain your iBanking User ID and reset your iBanking PIN:

  1. Reset PIN and Print User ID at ATM.
  2. Reset PIN and Retrieve User ID online.
  3. Fill in the Service Request Form below.

    Please mail the printed and signed form to us at DBS Bank Ltd. Simpang Bedok Post Office, PO Box 216, Singapore (914808).

If you are requesting for a DBS iB secure device, please complete the service request form and mail it to us. We will then send you a DBS iB secure device.
