  • Hello,

I have banker's guarantee in the form of a fixed deposit as a NS bond for my son. The fixed deposit expires in Jan 2022 which now needs to be renewed. The Central Manpower Base has prepared the required document but as I reside overseas, I cannot return to Singapore to handle the paperwork at a local branch, which was what I did before the Covid pandemic. Can I get a family member in Singapore to handle it for me?
