Which of the MAY 2021 BTOs is the most in demand?For those who are planning to bid for the May 2021 BTO, which are you most keen on?

Would advise to also do a physical recce of the area surrounding the project if possible - most of these projects are situated in neighborhoods that already have their own thing going. Do you see yourself living there? Do you connect with the vibe of the neighbourhood? Any particular medical institutions or schools nearby that are attractive to you? Do also check out the upcoming plans for the area, whether there will be new MRT lines up and coming, etc. All the best!

The locations seem a bit far flung to me.. but I live in the North-east
Out of all those I'd think Geylang is not bad (right beside Macpherson MRT). Heard that there are lots of plans for Tengah, and it's relatively affordable for young couples now too.
