Curious question, since food takes up a good amount of my salary? Or any tips would help for good quality food that does not break the bank! 🍰

pre-covid, eating at my workplace so it was 10 - 15 a day (food not so cheap in the area), so about $200 - $300 a month. but now wfh, expenses shared with family so harder to estimate. it should be cheaper tho when you plan groceries and cook.

I’m lucky enough to be WFH throughout Covid so usually I eat home-cooked meals, and only eat out twice a week - my food expenses rarely exceed $300.
