Has anyone created a CPF account for their child?

Your child might already have one depending on when they were born (around 2012 i think?) cause of the MediSave Grant. If they were born before then and you want to make a top-up into their Special Account, you can take care of this online on their CPF e-Cashier page.
Another discovery I made when I had my child was that remaining funds in their CDA will go in to their PSEA, and then in to their CPF OA. I was so happy to discover this cause it allows me some flexibility in terms of what I can use that money for.
Curious to know the reason behind this question.

Its created if government have already put in $4,000 into their medisave.
Else, you need to go CPF board to open an account for them using their NRIC.
