      Given the rising prices of resale flats, but increasing wait times for BTO, which is a better option? Can resale be as affordable as BTO/SBF?

        Can you afford to wait a few years or do you need it immediately and in a specific area? If I had the money and am willing to wait, I'd go for a BTO vs resale.
