AD Adele Reward redemption: How do I link my Krisflyer account to my DBS credit card?

@timc I am having the same problem. @HeyAnna I am not using the auto-conversion program. I want to use DBS rewards to redeem the points. How do we do this? There's no way I can link my KF account with my card on dbs.

I'm facing the same issue as @Frank . There is no where I can find for me to enter in my Krisflyer account number. Am very frustrated after having tried for the last hour. @HeyAnna please advise. And no I am not trying to use the KrisFlyer Miles Auto Conversion Programme.

When I click on Redeem it prompts this empty fields error message. However I do not see any empty fields at any point in the redepmtion process.

When I click on the product, the T and Cs says to log into DBS iBanking -> cards -> redeem rewards.

However, when I follow that instruction, the ibanking page tells me to go to the DBS Rewards website. This customer journey has me going in circles and only brings frustration.

@heyanna I'd also like to know the answer. In the past I've had an AMEX which is simply linked and needs no manual work. it also doesnt cost to convert/redeem.

Where is the answer to this?

@heyanna Hey there, I'm facing an issue when redeeming for 10k krisflyer miles that the Rewards site is telling me to register my Krisflyer account with iBanking site. When I'm at the iBanking site, they are telling me to go to the Rewards site instead. Can you assist with this?

Hi @Adele, did you mean converting your DBS points using the KrisFlyer Miles Auto Conversion Programme? You may want to enrol here to link your KF account.

There are also other alternatives to convert your DBS points to miles, read more here. Hope this helps!
