You can submit your fee waiver requests through the DBS digibot, digibank Online, or Phone Banking. Tap on this link https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/support/card-waive-credit-card-cashline-charges.html for a step-by-step guide for each of the channels.

Do keep in mind that all waivers are subject to approval. You'll get the results in around 3-5 working days via SMS to your registered bank mobile number.
