Ade Everyday Card Annual Fees

Hi, I have applied 2x through the digibot for annual fee waiver but was unfortunately declined. During this difficult times, shouldn't POSB help to waive off annual fee ? Perhaps like other banks, give an option such as making 1 transaction within a month ? Also, no reason was given for not waiving the fee when I have good credit records. Kindly relook my request. Thank you
