Gavin Redeem points for Krisflyer
I have done the DBS points redemption to Krisflyer points. But so far I checked that the points are not in yet. I realized that there is no way to check and follow up too. Please advise.

Hi there, @Gavin ! This takes about 1-2 weeks to reflect on your KrisFlyer account. Assuming all is in order, it should already be in. If not, reach out to the service team to check on the redemption request submitted.
