Re: Here's how to avoid scams and fraud attempts

      Hi all,
Looking for some help and suggestions on what else I can do.
I was subjected to a credit card scam. I have reported it to DBS, however I am still subjected to pay for the amount that I was scammed for.
Has anyone been in this situation ?

Hi @Sha, sorry to hear about this. If your card details were volunteered in this scenario, I'm afraid you will still be liable for the sum charged. Confirm with the officer handling your case about the possible outcomes so they can also see what type of refund or reversals are possible with your case. Hope the results come out fast and are in your favour. It's extra important for everyone to be very careful with where their card details are shared and stored. Here's a security guide with lots of helpful information.
