How to open CPF account for children born before 2012

You'll have to check this with CPF but from what I know, making the first contribution to your child's CPF will automatically open one for them. You might be able to get more info when you log in to My CPF Digital Services after logging into via your Singpass, click on "My CPF", then under dashboards click on Child to view the info first.
