    RE: Dietary for kids

My kid (2 y.o) also pick on food. We don't force her. We normally provide her food she generally eat and explore new food occasionally. Since she can talk now - she give feedback like 'hot' , 'dun want; when she rejects food. Also if she has snack earlier she tend to take 1-2 spoon and leave the rest. Getting her involve in the food preparation may help.
