Free 2-year Alliance Healthcare’s HeyAlly Membership

Thank you for continuing the insurance policy, underwritten by Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited and distributed by DBS Bank Ltd.

As the insured person of the policy, you are now eligible for the Free 2-Year Alliance Healthcare’s HeyAlly Membership. Simply register for your HeyAlly membership by 31 August 2022 to enjoy preferential rates for health & wellness services at over 700 participating Alliance Healthcare panel clinics.

Teleconsultation

S$13 for general medical teleconsultation with complimentary medication delivery after teleconsultation
^Waiver of S$13 general medical teleconsultation fee for 6 months is valid for the first 500 teleconsultation for HeyAlly Members on HeyAlly app with promo code applied at Payment Confirmation page after Teleconsultation.

Physical consultation

S$12 for general medical consultation at participating clinics

Specialist consultation

S$120 for your first consultation with a specialist
S$70 for each subsequent consultation with a specialist

Simply download the Alliance Healthcare’s HeyAlly app on your mobile phone

In the HeyAlly app, select “Sign up for new account” and input your details

Enter “DBS2022” for your AllyPartner Code

Enter the verification code sent to your registered email and mobile number

If you are registering for your insured child (below 16 years old), create your child’s profile under More > My Family

Complete your profile and start using the HeyAlly App! Video consult a doctor or present the HeyAlly member eCard at the participating panel clinics

The free 2-year Alliance Healthcare’s HeyAlly membership programme is offered to customers between 3 February 2022 and 30 April 2022.

Registration for the HeyAlly membership must be completed by 31 August 2022 to enjoy preferential rates for the health & wellness services offered.

The preferential rates on consultation with the doctor do not include GST or the cost of medication. Extended clinic hours surcharge applies for visits at clinics after office hours.

Payment must be made with a DBS or POSB Credit/Debit Card on the HeyAlly app.
