eGift is a feature on DBS PayLah! that lets you send money and well wishes instantly to your loved ones and friends no matter where you are.
You can personalise the gift with a heartfelt greeting, take or upload a photo from your phone gallery, and pair it with a fun animated sticker. The eGift monies is credited directly to your recipient’s PayLah! wallet, and they will receive a push notification to view the personalised message and animated stickers.

What is QR Ang Bao?
The QR Ang Bao is a loadable digital gift card that offers a digital take on cash gifting for all occasions while preserving the tradition and sentiment of giving a physical gift.
Each QR Ang Bao features an embedded QR code, allowing the giver to load an amount of up to S$999 using DBS PayLah!. Once loaded, the QR Ang Bao can be given to loved ones and friends, who can redeem the loaded value via DBS PayLah! Or via the PayNow-Singpass option using just their phone camera.

- Select “QR Gift” on your PayLah! Home screen to view QR Gift dashboard
- Search for the serial number of the QR Ang Bao that you wish to cancel
- Select “Cancel” beside the serial number
Where can I recycle used red packets and QR Ang Baos?
Recycling bins for used red packets and QR Ang Baos are available at all DBS/POSB branches across Singapore during operating hours. Refer to the branch list here for locations.

Can I set the expiry date for the QR Ang Bao?
You can set the expiry date up to 8 weeks from the loading date.
Can I change the amount, expiry date, animation, or message for a QR Ang Bao after loading?
No, the amount, expiry date, animation, and message cannot be changed after loading.
You can cancel the QR Ang Bao on your QR Gift dashboard, and the loaded amount will be refunded to your PayLah! Wallet. You can load a new QR Ang Bao with your desired amount, expiry date, animation and message.

What if I lose my loaded QR Ang Bao(s)?
Each QR Ang Bao has a unique serial number. If lost or stolen, you can cancel it via the "Your QR Gift" dashboard in DBS PayLah!, where all your loaded QR Ang Bao serial numbers are listed.
Can I reuse the QR Ang Baos?
No, each QR Ang Bao has a unique serial code and is valid for a one-time use only. After redemption or cancellation, the QR Ang Bao cannot be reused.
