Why am I limited to 3 withdrawals during the Chinese New Year period?
Each customer is limited to 3 withdrawals of Fit and/or new notes between 3 February and 16 February 2026, allowing more customers to exchange notes for the festive season.
If you exceed this limit, the ATM will display: “We are unable to process your request as you have reached the maximum number of times which you can withdraw from our pop-up ATM. Please take your card.”
Alternatively, you can go cashless by sending an eGift via PayLah! or withdraw Fit notes from our 1,200 regular ATMs operating 24/7.

Am I allowed to make 3 withdrawals for each of my 5 DBS/POSB cards?
A limit of 3 withdrawals applies to each customer, regardless of the number of accounts or cards held. If you have 5 DBS/POSB cards, you are limited to a maximum of 3 withdrawals.
Is the 3-withdrawal limit shared for a joint account?
No, each customer can make up to 3 withdrawals for Fit and/or new notes, even if they share an account. The 3-withdrawal limit applies per registered customer, not per account or card.
Can I perform other ATM transactions at the pop-up ATM?
No, as the pop-up ATM is customised to dispense only S$2, S$10, and S$50 new notes. For regular transactions, please use other ATMs/Branch Teller Machines (BTM) islandwide. Refer to the Branch Locator for nearby ATM/BTM locations.
What denominations and options available at the pop-up ATMs?
The pop-up ATM dispenses S$2, S$10, and S$50 denominations in the following options:

Are pop-up ATMs available 24/7?
Pop-up ATMs will not be in service outside of their operating hours, which are from 3 February to 15 February 2026 (10am to 10pm daily) and 16 February 2026 (10am to 1pm). You may withdraw Fit notes from our 1,200 regular ATMs operating 24/7. Visit here for details.
Are there specific times when pop-up ATMs are replenished?
Notes will be replenished regularly; however, there is no fixed schedule for top-ups. You may check with our Service Ambassadors on-site for timely updates at respective locations.
What is the last day for pop-up ATM replenishment?
The last day for pop-up ATM replenishment is 16 February 2026.
Where can I get red packets & how many red packets am I entitled to?
Starting 3 February 2026, DBS/POSB red packets will be available at DBS/POSB branches or pop-up ATMs at 16 Community Clubs. Each customer will receive one red packet pack (pack of 6) during notes exchange, subject to availability.
