How to Deactivate eNets (D2Pay)

There are various channels which you may de-activate eNets (D2Pay) with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on More at the bottom and under Transfer Settings select eNets (D2Pay) Transfer Limit.

Tap on Set Limit and select 0.

Step 4
Review your changes, tap Change Daily Limit Now to deactivate your eNets (D2Pay).

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Select Pay and click on More Payment Services.

Under Manage Payments and GIRO, click on Change D2Pay Limit.

Select 0 from the dropdown box under New Daily Limit and click Next.

Review your changes and click Submit and to deactivate your eNets (D2Pay).

  • The deactivation is immediate. No DBS d2pay payments will be allowed until you re-activate this service in writing using the DBS d2pay Multi-Purpose Form.
