Find out how you can update us on changes to your address/mobile number/email address/personal details.

Address Update
You can now easily update the Bank's record if you have moved to a new home.
For your convenience, you can even inform us in advance (up to a maximum of 30 days) before you move to your new address easily through iBanking, AXS Machine or through Form.
- Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN
- At the top, Under Preferences, click Update Mailing Address.
- Login with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN
- Under My Residential Address: Indicate the Country and Postal code, and then click Find Address. (Indicate Unit no. if applicable)
- Under My Mailing Address: Indicate if your mailing address is the same as your residential address.
If it is not the same, indicate the Country and Postal Code and click Find Address (Indicate Unit no. if applicable) - Indicate the Accounts/Services you wish to update your address for.
- Indicate the Effective Date and click Next.
- Verify Details of the Transaction and complete by keying in your iB Secure PIN.
- Click Submit
Note: The update of address will take effect immediately with some exceptions:
- For Credit Cards, updates will take 1 working day
- For Margin Trading Account(s), updates will take 4 working days
- All updates after 8pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) and updates on a non-working day will be taken as the following working day's transaction
- For Credit Cards updates during the above stated time, it will take 2 working days
- For MTA accounts updates during the above stated time, it will take 5 working days

To update your address through AXS, follow these steps:
- Select DBS Bank Ltd
- Select Address Update
- Indicate if your new Address is in Singapore or Overseas
- If Singapore Address is indicated:
- Indicate Postal Code and Unit No.
- Indicate if your Residential address is the same as your mailing address entered
- Indicate the Type(s) of account to update
- Click Continue, then Confirm
- Insert and remove your ATM Card swiftly from the AXS - If Overseas Address is indicated:
- Indicated your New Address and Country
- Indicate if your Residential address is the same as your mailing address entered
- Indicate the Type(s) of account to update
- Click Continue, then Confirm
- Insert and remove your ATM Card swiftly from the AXS
- The update of address will take effect immediately for updates done from 0800 hours to 2000 hours (Mondays to Saturdays)
- All updates after 2000 hours on a working day (Monday to Saturday) will be taken as the following working day's transaction
- Transactions received on a Sunday will be updated at 0800 hours on Monday
Mobile Number Update
You can now easily update the Bank's record if you have changed or obtained a new mobile number.- Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN
- At the top, Under Preferences, click Update Personal and Contact Details
- Login with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN
- Under Mobile Number for iB OTP, indicate if your Mobile Number is Local (Singapore) or Overseas.
- If Local (Singapore) is indicated:
1. Input your Mobile Number
2. Provide Authorisation and click Next
3. Key in your iB Secure PIN and Click Submit - If Overseas is indicated:
1. Indicate your Country Code and Area Code if applicable
2. Input your Mobile Number
3. Provide Authorisation and click Next
4. Key in your iB Secure PIN and Click Submit

Email Address Update
You can now easily update the Bank's record if you have changed or created a new Email Address.Simply log in to iBanking and follow the instructions below, fill in the relevant fields and click "Submit" to send your updates to the Bank.
- Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
- At the top, Under Preferences, click Update Personal and Contact Details.
- Login with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
- Indicate your preferred Email Address under Your Email Address and Verify Your Email Address.
- Provide Authorisation and click Next.
- Key in your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN and Click Submit

Updating Your Personal Details
Find out how you may simply inform the Bank if you have recently updated your Passport Number or wish to update your signature records.
Note: It is important to ensure that your signature is updated in order to proceed with various signature verification to authenticate our customers and to safeguard your transactions.

- Credit/Debit Card Transaction
- GIRO Application
- New Account Opening (Includes Credit/Debit Card Applications)
