Easily add and withdraw funds, change your wallet limit or mobile number instantly using DBS PayLah!.
Top up PayLah! wallet
Top up using Paylah! application:
Top up using iBanking:
Top up using digibank:
Note: Minimum top up amount is S$5.
- Login to PayLah! with your Fingerprint or PayLah! PIN.
- Select the Menu Icon on the top left corner and tap on Top-up.
- Provide authentication using your DBS iBanking User ID and PIN.
- Enter your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN and tap Submit.
- Enter the Amount you wish to top up from your account and tap Submit to complete the transaction.
Top up using iBanking:
- Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
- Select Pay and click on Top Up PayLah!.
- Login with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
- Enter the Amount you wish to top up and click Next.
- Verify the details and click Submit to complete the top up.
Top up using digibank:
- Login to digibank with your User ID and PIN.
- Select Top Up from the menu option.
- Select Top Up PayLah!.
- Enter the Amount you wish to top up and click Next.
- Verify the details and click Submit to complete the top up.
Note: Minimum top up amount is S$5.
Send money back to account
- Login to PayLah! with your Fingerprint or PayLah! PIN.
- Select the Menu Icon on the top left corner and tap on Send to my Account.
- Enter the Amount to withdraw and tap Submit.
- Verify the transaction and tap OK to complete the withdrawal.
Note: A maximum of S$3000 can be transferred daily from your PayLah! wallet to your account. Includes overflow funds due to wallet receiving funds over the limit.
Change PayLah! wallet limit
- Login to PayLah! with your Fingerprint or PayLah! PIN.
- Select the Menu Icon on the top left corner and tap on Settings.
- Tap on Change max. PayLah! Wallet limit.
- Provide authentication using your DBS iBanking User ID and PIN.
- Enter your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN and tap Submit.
- Select the Maximum Amount you want to keep in your Paylah! wallet.
- Tap Done to change your PayLah! wallet limit.
Notes:
- PayLah! wallet limits up to S$999.
- Send all received money to bank a/c* - Top up is needed for your PayLah! Wallet every time you wish to send money.
Change Paylah! mobile number
- Login to PayLah! with your Fingerprint or PayLah! PIN.
- Select the Menu Icon on the top left corner and tap on Settings.
- Tap on Change mobile number.
- Enter your Mobile Number and tap Update.
- Enter the Confirmation PIN sent to your Mobile Number* and click Submit to update your mobile number
Note: Mobile number updated will only be used for PayLah! transactions and will not affect your registered mobile number with the bank.
