Proactive enrolment to voice biometrics is not required. Your "Voiceprint" will be collected and stored on your profile when you call us, enabling a seamless verification process in the future.

  • Your "Voiceprint" will be collected when you call us for your regular banking enquiries.
  • Upon successful enrolment to Voice Biometrics, you will be notified via SMS.
  • The next time you call us, you will be automatically authenticated by Voice Biometrics.
