Non-Receipt of Card Statements

You may have enrolled to eStatements or your mailing address is not updated in our records.

There could be 2 reasons why you may have not received your statement:

Enrolled to eStatement

To confirm whether you are enrolled onto eStatements for your Cards:

  • Log in to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Request and click on Manage eStatement.
  • You will be able to confirm if you are Opt-In or Opt-Out for eStatement.

Mailing address is not updated

There are 2 ways to update your address:

1. Via iBanking

  • Log in to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Request and click on More Request.
  • Click Update Mailing Address under other services and follow the instructions.

2. Via AXS Machine
  • Click on DBS or POSB banner button and select Services > Update My Address
  • Select the type of address you are updating An Overseas Address or A Singapore Address.
  • Input your New Address.
  • Check your details and select Confirm.
  • Insert and remove your DBS/POSB ATM/Debit card and enter your PIN for verification.
