Non-Receipt of Card Statements
You may have enrolled to eStatements or your mailing address is not updated in our records.
There could be 2 reasons why you may have not received your statement:
There are 2 ways to update your address:
1. Via iBanking
- Log in to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
- Select Request and click on More Request.
- Click Update Mailing Address under other services and follow the instructions.
Don't have iBanking?
- Click on DBS or POSB banner button and select Services > Update My Address
- Select the type of address you are updating An Overseas Address or A Singapore Address.
- Input your New Address.
- Check your details and select Confirm.
- Insert and remove your DBS/POSB ATM/Debit card and enter your PIN for verification.
