Non-Receipt of Card Statements
You may have enrolled to eStatements or your mailing address is not updated in our records.
There could be 2 reasons why you may have not received your statement:
Enrolled to eStatement
Follow the below steps to check if you have enrolled for eStatements:
- Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
- Complete the Authentication Process.
- Select Request and click on Manage eStatement.
- You will be able to confirm if you are Opt-In or Opt-Out for eStatement.
Not yet a digibank user?
Mailing address is not updated
