DBS & POSB Live Chat is an easy and secure service that allows you to resolve your enquiries or requests simply by chatting with us. No more waiting on the phone or emails!

Get started simply by clicking on the icon at the bottom right hand corner of our page(s) to start chatting with our Virtual Assistant.
Follow these steps to chat with a Live Chat Officer if our Virtual Assistant is unable to assist:
  • Live Chat Prompt
  • Select Contact customer service, followed by Yes for DBS/POSB customers.
  • Select the Type of query that you need assistance on, followed by Authenticate me.
  • Enter your iBanking User ID and PIN, then click Authenticate me.
  • Complete your authentication by entering your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN or SMS OTP and click Submit.
  • Our friendly Live Chat Officer will be connected to assist you on your enquiries and requests.

Notes:
  • Live Chat is currently only available to all existing DBS/POSB customers with valid Internet Banking User ID and PIN.
  • Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 0900 to 0000 hours.
