  • Select Talk to a Live agent in the right pop-up followed by Contact customer service.
  • Complete the *Authentication Process and our friendly Live Chat Officer will be connected to assist you on your enquiries and requests.
  • *Authentication Process:
    • Select Yes followed by the Type of query that you need assistance on.
    • Select the Authenticate me and your Preferred mode of Authentication.
    • Complete the One-Time Password Authentication and click Submit.

Note:
  • Live Chat is currently only available to all existing DBS/POSB customers with valid digibank User ID and PIN or DBS/POSB Card and PIN.

  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select on the bottom right followed by Chat with our officer
  • Select the Type of query that you need assistance on, followed by Authenticate me.
  • After authentication, our friendly Live Chat Officer will be connected to assist you on your enquiries and requests.
