Supporting documents required for claims
Your “Must Have” Documents for all Type of Claims
  • Claim Form
  • Airline ticket / Boarding Pass
  • Travelling schedule
Medical Expenses, Emergency Medical or Evacuation and Repatriation
  • Original medical receipts and medical reports
Trip Cancellation, Postponement, Curtailment, Disruption, Delay or Missed Departure
  • Carrier’s letter stating reason and period of disruption
  • Hotel receipts or travel deposit receipts
Baggage Loss, Loss of Money, Documents or Passport
  • Obtain the Loss or Damage Irregularity Report from the carrier
  • Baggage Return Acknowledgement Slip
  • Police report
  • Purchase or repair receipts
  • Warranty card and photos of damaged items
