Learn how to manage your Email, SMS and Push notifications received from DBS digibank.

Your notification options

Manage Email and SMS Notifications

Log in to DBS digibank with your User ID and PIN and complete the Authentication Process.
Under the Gear Icon, select Manage Email and SMS Notifications. Change your existing alert preferences, verify your changes and save your changes.

Manage Push Notifications

Manage the push notifications received on your mobile device.

Click on numbers to view screens.

Tap on the More tab.

Scroll to App & Security Settings and select Alerts & Subscriptions.

Tap on Notification Settings.

Select the push notifications you wish to receive and tap on Save to complete the changes.
