*Takashimaya Bonus Points are awarded upon presentation of the Takashimaya Visa Platinum Card at the point of purchase for goods sold at the store and participating outlets as determined by Takashimaya Singapore Ltd. Takashimaya Bonus Points are credited into individual customer accounts and cannot be combined with either the main or supplementary card account. Takashimaya Bonus Points must be redeemed before the card expires: unutilised bonus points will be forfeited. In the event that the card is subject to termination (i.e. lost/stolen/misplaced/fraud/card expiry etc), Takashimaya Bonus Points will not be reinstated to the replacement or renewed card nor transferred from one card to another - under the same cardmember name, from a Principal card to a supplementary card, or vice versa. Purchases made at Best Denki, Ngee Ann City outlet may earn Takashimaya Bonus Points provided the customer presents their receipt(s) and card at the Customer Service Centre on level 2 within the same day of purchase. Past purchases from Best Denki are not eligible and bonus points will not be credited. Other terms and conditions apply. Takashimaya Singapore Ltd. reserves the right to amend or reserve the benefits and privileges governing the Takashimaya Bonus Points for its cardmembers at its sole discretion any time without prior notice.

**3% discount will be deducted and nett amount (price after discount) indicated on the Card Statement and not the sales receipt. The discount will not be accorded in conjunction with any other on-going sales/discounted/promotional items as well as dining. Please proceed to the store's Customer Service Centre for more information if the selected brand/item is entitled to a further discount of 3%.

+5% discount (minimum purchase of JPY3,000) will be accorded upon presentation of the discount coupon at the point of purchase. The discount coupon may be collected from the Customer Service Centre of any Takashimaya Japan's branches. Only cash payments will be entitled to the 5% discount upfront as indicated on the sales receipt.

Application Process

For non-iBanking customer
You are just three steps away from your new DBS card.
Step 1 - Complete the online application, print the form and sign it.
Step 2 - Mail or fax the form to us with the required documents. Click here if you wish to submit your CPF Statement online.
Step 3 - You will receive your new DBS card within 7 working days after we receive your application and documents. Application not accompanied with required documents or with incomplete information will cause a delay in processing.
