Terms and Conditions

  • Priority Pass membership is only applicable to main DBS Altitude Visa Signature Cardmembers
  • Cardmembers must apply using the paper application form as enclosed in the welcome pack
  • Processing of your Priority Pass membership takes 2-3 weeks upon receipt of your form by Priority Pass Ltd
  • The full list of participating airport lounges can be found at http://www.prioritypass.com/lounges/
  • Priority Pass membership card must be presented at the lounges for entry
  • Each main cardmember is limited to 2 complimentary visits per 12-month period of Membership and these complimentary visits are not applicable to guests
  • US$27 per person per visit will be charged to your DBS Altitude Visa Signature account (1) from the 3rd visit onwards within each 12-month period; and (2) for each DBS Altitude Visa Signature Cardmember’s guest visit

  • If you are new to DBS, complete the online application, print the form and sign it. Then, mail or fax the form to us with the required documents. You may wish to submit your CPF Statement online.
  • Upon the Bank’s approval of your application, your new DBS card will be sent to you within 7 working days of the Bank’s receipt of your application and documents.

General Terms & Conditions:

5,000 DBS Points will be credited in the Main DBS Altitude Visa Signature Card ("Card") account 3 months after your annual fee is charged. Cardmember may request to convert 10,000 DBS Points to 20,000 air miles (Frequent Flyer Programme terms applies). Annual fee will be automatically waived if cardmember's past 12 month spend is S$25,000 or more. Cardmembers who enjoy the annual fee wavier will not be eligible for the 10,000 bonus miles. If the minimum spend criteria of S$25,000 is not met within each year of the Main Cardmember's Card account opening date, a fee of S$192.60 including GST (Main Cardmember) and S$96.30 including GST (Supplementary Cardmember) where applicable, will be imposed. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Card Year" means the 12 month period starting from the date the Card application was approved by DBS.

The additional 2X DBS points for DBS Altitude Visa Signature Cardmembers' overseas transactions will be computed and awarded based on the Cardmember's statement cycle. DBS Altitude Visa Signature Card is a points earning card and the above illustration shows the conversion of spends to air miles. The annual DBS Frequent Flyer Programme ("FFP") fee of S$42.80 (including GST) is applicable and non-waivable. Enrolment in the FFP is needed to convert your DBS Points to air miles. Overseas spend is identified as card transactions posted in foreign currencies. Local spend is identified as card transactions posted in Singapore dollars.
