Customer Account Review (CAR) for Listed Specified Investment Products (ETFs, CBBCs, DLCs, etc)

Trade more complex investment products by completing your Customer Account Review.

Log in to DBS digibank with your User ID and PIN.

Authenticate your login.

Click on the Invest tab.

Click on the Trade button in the Equity Section.

Should you have multiple portfolios, select your preferred portfolio and click on the Next button.

Mouseover the My Account tab and select Account Management.

Under Customer Account Review, click on Check/Review CAR Result link.

Select your S-account and click on CAR Questionnaire.

Review the content and click on Next to proceed.

Complete the Questionnaire.

Once complete, click on Next to submit your questionnaire.

Click to View your CAR status.

View your Customer Account Review results.

Launch the digibank Mobile app.

Log in with your Touch/Face ID or DBS digibank User ID and PIN.

Select the Invest tab.

Select your preferred portfolio, then scroll down to Investment Account Management and tap on Your Investment Profile & Equity Trading Eligibility to check the portfolio's eligibility status.

Under Your Equity Trading Eligibility, select Specified Investment Products.

Proceed to take Customer Assessment Review.

Review and click on Next to proceed.

Declare and submit to complete the questionnaire.

View the Customer Account Review result and select Done to return to Investment Account Management page.

View the status at the Investment Account Management page.
