- Online: Your details quickly and simply via online or with your Card and PIN (with MyInfo). Find out more
- Mobile: Log in to DBS digibank or iWealth app > More > Under Your Profile > Update Contact Details
- AXS Machine: Select the DBS or POSB banner button. Services and Update My Address.
- Mail: You will need to fill in the account number(s) of the accounts* you wish to update in the form below.
*For joint accounts, you will also need the NRIC/Passport No. of all joint account.
Note:
- For thumbprint operated account, please visit a branch to have your thumbprint taken/witnessed. Click here for locations.
- Your personal details updates under this form will not be processed by any insurance companies, fund management companies for Unit Trusts that you invested using CPF/SRS monies or DBS Vickers in respect of your account with DBS Vickers. If you wish to update/change your personal details with insurance companies or DBS Vickers, please approach them directly. As for Unit Trusts invested using CPF/SRS monies, please approach any of our branches to update your personal details with the relevant fund management companies.
